§ MR. REES (Montgomery Boroughs)To ask the Secretary of State for India 1306 whether he will lay upon the Table the copy of Mr. Newcomen's Report of the British Indian Commercial Mission to South-Eastern Persia.
§ (Answered by Mr. Secretary Morley.) A notice was issued by the Government of India in May last stating that applications for copies should be addressed to the Upper India Chamber of Commerce. The Report not being a Government publication, it is not proposed to lay it on the Table.
