SLOAN (Belfast, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord. 422 Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will consider the advisability of recommending the addition to the commission of inquiry into the police force of Belfast of some English chief constable known to be capable of bringing to bear practical views on the subject of the inquiry.
MR. BRYCEThe Belfast Police Commission of Inquiry has already set about its work, and the competence of its members makes it unnecessary to add to the number.
