§ MR. LUPTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if his attention has been called to the statement made on April 28th in the Dorchester police court by Captain Gravener, the chairman of the bench, in dismissing an application for exemption under the Vaccination Acts, that he would never grant a certificate of exemption from vaccination; and if he will take into consideration the advisability of making representations with a view to the removal of Captain Gravener from the bench.
