HALPIN (Clare, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that Mrs. Hore of Killadysert, whose husband was laid up with illness, applied to the Board of Guardians of Killadysert for outdoor relief for her husband and four children, who refused it; and whether he will inquire why outdoor relief was refused to this family, and who was responsible for their not getting it.
