MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the purchase prices were outside the zones in only seven eases out of the 1,055 cases of purchase on the Fitzwilliam estate. In four cases the price was above the zones, namely, one case of a first term rent in which the price was 27.2 years purchase, and three cases of second term rents in which the price was 27.8 years purchase. In the three remaining cases the price was below the zones, namely, one case of a first term rent in which the price was 15.9 years purchase, and two cases of second term rents in which the price was 20.5 years purchase. The total amount of the purchase money in these seven cases was £4,287.
