TENNANT (Berwickshire)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he will put pressure upon the central (unemployed) body to present the Report for which he is waiting; and, if he does not see his way to do so, will he assure the House that the delay will not retard the introduction of his proposed amending Bill to the Unemployed Workmen Act.
