BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application from the tenants on the Leahy estate at Aghatubrid, near Cahirciveen, requesting that an inquiry should be held before the sale is sanctioned; and, if so, whether immediate steps will be taken to comply with this request, in view of the terms set out in that application.
MR. BRYCEthe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received the memorial referred to, and have informed the memorialists that the matter mentioned in the memorial will be duly considered by the Commissioners when dealing with the estate.
