§ MR. LUNDONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland can he say whether the Estates Commissioners, or any person deputed by them, have entered into negotiations with Thomas McGrath, evicted tenant, of Ballyloundaish, Herbertstown, county Limerick, and Daniel Devitt, of Cashel, county Tipperary, who, as planter, holds McGrath's farm on the Fitzgerald-Tuthill property, now in course of sale to the tenants; and, if they have entered on negotiations with either one or both parties, what has been the result.
