WEIRTo ask the Secretary to the Admiralty if he will state how many of the 588 cadets who have been selected and passed by the Hoard of Admiralty for the Royal Naval College, Osborne, have been withdrawn from the college on account of health considerations or causes other than inability to show satisfactory progress.
