§ The Comptroller of the Household reported His Majesty's Answer to the Address of the 21st February, as fol-loweth:—" I have received your Address, praying that I will make the Order in Council under the Military Manœuvres Act, 1897, a draft of which was presented to your House on the 21st February last. I will comply with your advice."
