HC Deb 22 May 1906 vol 157 c1141
MR. FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state why the tenants on the Constantine Maguire estate, county Fermanagh, whose cases to fix fair rents were heard so far back as December 5th last by a Sub-Commission Court, have not yet been informed of the decisions of the Court; and whether, as rent is now being demanded from the tenants, he will suggest to Messrs. Wade and Hunt, who heard the cases at Enniskillen, that as the holdings were inspected so far back as January last a decision would be of importance to the tenants before they pay rents which may be affected by the decision.

MR. BRYCE

I am informed by the Land Commission that the decisions of the Sub-Commission Court in the cases referred to were announced on the 18th instant, and the results communicated to the parties on the following day.
