REES (Montgomery Boroughs)To ask the Secretary of State for War, whether he is aware that the system of making monthly or quarterly payments to Army pensioners conduces to thrift-lessness, and is an indirect cause of pauperism among ex-soldiers; and whether he will take into his consideration the question of making such payments in future by the week.
