THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. BRYCE, Aberdeen, S.)said the Bill was intended to provide for the care of children of defective intelligence, and he hoped the House would read it a second time.
§ MR. T. M. HEALYsaid surely the Bill would not be objected to. It was the same one as the right hon. Member for South Dublin brought in last year.
