§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of an additional Annual Grant, not exceeding one million pounds, to be distributed among Local Education Authorities, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to Education in England and Wales, and of the remuneration and Expenses of the Commissioners appointed under such Act."—(Mr. Lough.)
