§ MR. HALPIN (Clare, W.)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Royal Commission to be appointed shortly to inquire into the defence of the coast from sea erosion will examine witnesses who have a thorough knowledge of the subject in reference to the Rivers Shannon and Fergus.
