CHARLES ROBERTSI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will instruct the British Legation at Washington to furnish such a Report as to Liquor Laws Legislation in the United States as will bring up to date the information contained in previous Foreign Office Reports on that subject in 1888, 1890, and 1894.
