MACNAMARA (Camberwell, N.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Homo Department whether his attention has been called to the unanimous recommendation of the Physical Deterioration (1904) Committee to the effect that legislation should be introduced for the purpose of dealing with the evils of juvenile smoking; and whether he will suggest to the Prime Minister the desirableness of appointing a Select Committee to consider how best effect may be given to this recommendation.
