HC Deb 17 May 1906 vol 157 c632
CAPTAIN FABER (Hampshire, Andover)

; To ask the President of the Board of Education whether the rents and money payments that are to be paid for schools under the Education Bill will be educational endowments, and as such, in cases where the trust has existed over thirty years, are open to be taken away from the trustees and dealt with under a scheme under Part II. of the Bill.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) I cannot undertake to deal by means of Question and Answer with points of legal interpretation appearing to arise under clauses of the Bill that have not yet been discussed in Committee of the House.
