§ SIR H. COTTON (Nottingham, E.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the convention between Great Britain and China, which was signed at Pekin on April 27th, provides for the payment by China of the Tibetan indemnity of Rs.250,000 to the Indian Government.
