§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)gave notice that following the precedent set on the Galway Election Petition in 1872 he would move on the first available opportunity, "That this House do resolve itself into a 499 Committee of the whole House to consider and report on the proceedings at the trial of the election petition for Yarmouth and the complaints that have been made of the partisan and political conduct during the trial of that petition of Mr. Justice Grantham."
