§ MR. JOYCE (Limerick)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if it is within the scope of the instructions to the Committee at present inquiring into the working of the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, Ireland, to inquire into the transactions of the Boards of Fishery Conservators, or any one of such boards, for the years 1902, 1903, and 1906 to date.
MR. BRYCEThe Committee was appointed to inquire into the working of the Department. The transactions referred to would not appear to fall within 365 the reference of the Committee, unless and in so far as they wore in some way connected with the working of the Department.
