§ MR. MORTON (Sutherland)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland if he will state the cause of the delay in introducing the promised Crofters Acts Amendment Bill.
§ MR. SINCLAIRI cannot admit that there has been any delay due to lack of desire or effort on the part of the Government. Every endoavour is being made to further the progress of the Bill.
