§ MR. CLAUDE HAY (Shoreditch, Hoxton)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether in view of the amplification of the monthly and annual Board of Trade Returns of Imports and Exports which are prepared in the Customs Statistical Department, he will give the number and cost of the staff of that office in the years 1880, 1890, 1900, and 1905.
