§ SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)To ask the the Secretary of State for the Home Department, at what date the annual Report of His Majesty's Chief Inspector of Factories and Workshops will be issued.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) I am informed by the Chief Inspector that he hopes he may be able to have the whole Report, including the statistical tables, ready for issue in June, but, in view of the large amount of work to be done in connection with it, he is unable to fix any precise date at present.
