§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will give Irish Members an opportunity of seeing the scheme of the National Board for the teaching of Irish in national schools before it is finally sanctioned.
