§ MR. DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will instruct the Estates Commissioners to approach Lord De Vesci, Abbeyleix, who has recently succeeded to the property, with a view to the restoration of his evicted tenants, eleven in number, there being 400 acres of untenanted land on the estate.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that it is their intention to approach the owner in this case, in accordance with the regulations of 13th February last.
