LONSDALEI beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can state the date that has been fixed for the assembly of the Colonial Conference next year; and whether the subject of preferential fiscal relations between all parts of the Empire will be one of the questions for consideration at the Conference.
§ * MR. CHURCHILLIt is proposed that the next Colonial Conference will meet on April 15th, 1907. It will be open to the Conference to discuss any matter of Imperial interest.
