§ MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork, County N. E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that inconvenience and expense are caused by the delay on the part of the Treasury in issuing the new building plans for national schools in Ireland; and if he can state when these plans will be available.
