§ MR. CHURCHILLYes, Sir. The offer of a reward for the capture of Bambata alive or dead has been withdrawn; and the Secretary of State has been informed that it is the intention of the Natal Government to try all natives 552 other than those actually taken fighting with arms in their hands by the civil tribunals and not by courts martial.
