1. "That for the increase of three pence per pound payable on stripped tobacco under section two of The Finance Act, 1904, there shall, as from the first day of May, nineteen hundred and six, be submitted an increase of one halfpenny per pound; and that the drawbacks allowed by the same Act on tobacco of the following description shall, as from the twenty-first day of May, nineteen hundred and six, be reduced by the substitution for the ordinary rate set out in the Table of Rates of Drawback in the schedule to the said Act of the rate following (that is to say):—;

In the case of cigars - the lb. 3 1
In the case of cigarettes - the lb. 3 0
In the case of cut, roll, cake, or other manufactured tobacco - - the lb. 2 11
In the case of snuff, not being offal snuff - - the lb. 2 10."
