HC Deb 29 March 1906 vol 154 c1519
MR. SHACKLETON (Lancashire, Clitheroe)

To ask the Postmaster-General what is the number of men who are under notice of dismissal at the Government factory, Holloway (skilled mechanics); and what is the reason for these dismissals.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) It is my anxious desire so to arrange that the work at the Post Office factories at Holloway and Mount Pleasant shall be, as far as possible, constant, and the fluctuations in employment reduced to a minimum.
