FARRELLTo ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he will recommend to the favourable consideration of the Commander-in-Chief's Fund (South African War) the claim of John Norris, of Crosshea, county Longford, for a small grant, seeing that his only support was his son, who was killed in South Africa.
