Address for "Return as to the administration, in each county and county borough during 1904, by the local authorities of the Home Work provisions of The Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, as shown by the reports of the medical officers of health sent to the Home Office under Section 132 of the Act, giving par- ticularly the following information: (a) generally, the number of inspections of home-workers' premises, the number of notices served in respect of them, etc.; (b) the number of out-workers' lists received by the local authority under Section 107, and the number of outworkers shown by them; (c) the number of notices served by the local authority under Section 108; (d) the number of orders made by the local authority under Section 110; (e) the number of cases of infectious disease notified in home-workers' premises; (f) the number of cases of non-compliance, and the number of prosecutions, under Sections 107, 108, 109 and 110 respectively; and (g) the number of medical officers reporting specially on the administration of those sections."—(Mr. Ramsay Macdonald).
