HC Deb 26 March 1906 vol 154 c825
MR. T. L. CORBETT (Down, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that Mr. Lucas, of Roscrea, who has rented a town park at Glen Albert, from which the tenant was evicted five years ago for non-payment of rent, has been prevented from grazing his cattle upon the land by the action of the former tenant; and whether steps will be taken to prevent such interference in the future.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I am in formed that neither the landlord nor the tenant has made any complaint to the police as to the occurrence alleged in the Question, and that the local police have not witnessed any such ocurrence.
