WILLIAMS BENNTo ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is aware that the labourers in the Royal Naval Hospital work more hours than the labourers in the Royal dockyards; and whether he will consider the advisability of making the working day and advantages which obtain in the dockyard the rule for the Naval Hospital.
