asked when if the House would have an opportunity of discussing the interim Report of the Committee on Procedure presented that day.

SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMAN

said the House certainly ought to proceed with the consideration of the first Report of the Procedure Committee in reference to the hours of meeting as early as possible, as the subject was urgent.
