SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give the House the latest information in his possession as to the expenditure on military purposes of the Dominion of Canada, the Commonwealth of Australia, and the Colonies of New Zealand, the Cape of Good Hope, and Natal.
