HC Deb 20 March 1906 vol 154 cc223-4
MR. STANLEY WILSON (Yorkshire, E R., Holderness)

I beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether he is aware that there is no sheep scab in the East Riding of Yorkshire; and whether he will, therefore, consider the advisability of excluding it from a compulsory sheep-dipping order.

SIR EDWARD STRACHEY (Somersetshire, S.)

My noble friend received a deputation from the East Riding County Council on this subject last week, and the representations they made are now under consideration.
