I wish to ask you whether I would be in order in addressing the following Question to the Leader of the Opposition:— "Whether he would consent now to the 233 publication of the correspondence which took place between him as Prime Minister and Lord Dudley as Viceroy of Ireland, on the question of devolution?"

I should like to have seen the Question in writing so that I might have given it full consideration, but, having heard it, I should say that it is not a Question that could be asked.
