§ MR. McKENNAThe quotation which I read out in my Answer to the hon. Member for Waterford on Tuesday† was taken from a letter dated the 28th January, 1893, and addressed to the Rev. T. Hamilton, D.D., Queen's College, Belfast. The letter was written by direction of and signed by Sir John Hibbert, who was then Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
