HC Deb 15 March 1906 vol 153 cc1399-400
MR. FIELD

To ask the first Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the free travelling and postal facilities enjoyed by Members of the Canadian Parliament, he will consider the expediency of introducing similar advantages for the Members of this House.

(Answered by Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman.) I am afraid that I cannot see my way to acting upon the suggestion of the hon. Member.
