HC Deb 15 March 1906 vol 153 c1373
ME. SLOAN

To ask the Postmaster-General under what circumstances the junior head postman at Belfast is retained permanently on a regular duty while his seniors, equally capable men, are compelled to rotate on irregular duties with irregular hours.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) The arrangement has been adopted as that which appears to be the most convenient under the circumstances.
