SIR THOMAS ESMONDE (Wexford,. N.)

I beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, if he has received a Resolution, passed unanimously by the County Wexford County Council, opposing the removal of the restrictions now in force upon the importation of Canadian and foreign cattle into Great Britain; and if he will give due weight to this and similar resolutions in dealing with the question.
