§ MR. JOYCEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has any further information with regard to the loan for the Ballinacurra sewer at Limerick; whether his attention has been called to the need for such sewer in the interest of the public health; and whether, seeing that the loan has been applied for, he will use his influence to have it issued without delay.
MR. BRYCEI have already informed the hon. Member that the Local Government Board have given their sanction to the raising of this loan. I understand that the Rural District Council have now applied to the Board of Works for the loan, and I must therefore refer the hon. Member to my hon. friend the Secretary to the Treasury, who will answer for the Board of Works.
