reported from the Chairmen's Panel: That they had appointed Sir James Wodehouse to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure; and Mr. Stuart Wortley to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures, in respect to the Notice of Accidents Bill; and Sir Thomas Esmonde to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Mrnufactures, in respect to the Land Tenure Bill.

further reported from the Chairmen's Panel; hat they had agreed to the following resolution:—That any Member of the Chairmen's Panel be and he is hereby empowered to ask any other Member of the Chairmen's Panel to take his place in case of necessity.
