§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDY (Cavan, W.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he has received a Resolution from the Enniskillen Rural District Council, No. 2, and the ratepayers of the district, dealing with the question of the labourers, the evicted tenants, and those entitled under 3 Edw. VII., c. 37, Section 2 (1), to distribution of untenanted lands, and whether the request in the resolution that before the final distribution of such land takes place the views of the district council will be consulted by the Estates Commissioners will be granted.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have not received the Resolution referred to, but they will give due consideration to any representations which the Enniskillen Rural District Council may make to them.
