RUSSELL (Tyrone, S.)To ask the Postmaster-General whether, seeing that in the populous district of Moyallen, County Down, there is no second delivery of letters until 7.30 p.m., he can see his way to a mid-day delivery, so that letters received from England may be answered on the same day.
