§ SIR HOWARD VINCENT (Sheffield, Central)To ask the President of the Board of Trade in what cases the rates 614 of duty of the new general tariff of Germany have not been modified by conventional arrangements; in what cases the rates of duty of the new conventional tariff are higher or lower than those of the old conventional tariff; and what are the approximate proportions of our exports to Germany in these three classes.
