HC Deb 08 March 1906 vol 153 cc616-7
MR. LAW (Donegal, N.)

To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether he can say if any representations were received by the resident magistrate before the petty sessions held at Falcarragh on the 6th February last in connection with any of the cases tried on that day; and, if so, what was the nature of these representations, and by whom were they made.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I am informed by the resident magistrate that he received no representation as to any case or cases to be heard at the petty sessions in question. The only communication he received was the usual notice from the petty sessions clerk setting out a list of the cases to be heard.
