§ MR. T. W. RUSSELLTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether Sir A. E. Binnie has yet presented his Report on the engineering works necessary on the Lower Bann to maintain the water of Lough Neagh at summer level and prevent the periodic flooding of the district; and, if so, when it will be printed and circulated.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) Sir Alexander Binnie's Report was laid upon the Table on the 28th ultimo, and I am informed that the Paper will be ready for distribution early next week.
